Material Good Opens Third Location
Material Good is celebrating its 10th anniversary as it opens its new store in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston.

The fine jewelry retailer is celebrating its 10th anniversary with the store opening, located on the second floor of 11 Newbury St. in Boston.
“Choosing Boston for our third location reflects how we’ve always grown: listening closely to our clients and expanding in the places where they’ve invited us to be,” said co-founder Rob Ronen.
“Boston has a strong sense of community that aligns with our values. We’re excited to bring our trusted partners along for the ride and to create a space that feels welcoming, personal, and rooted in long-term relationships.”
With more than 2,500 square feet, the space reimagines Material Good’s residential-retail concept that is anchored by it being on the second floor.
Clients are encouraged to both settle in and explore the space as they are met with a sequence of rooms each defined by their own ambiance.
There are vintage armchairs near a fireplace, a communal dining table, and a private salon.
Throughout the store, its interior design uses leathered marble, suede, brass, bronze, and green velvet.
The lighting includes a Larose Guyon chandelier and Studio Henry Wilson sconces.
The jewels and timepieces are showcased in integrated displays designed to evoke a private library, walk-in closet, or art-filled credenza, said Material Good.
Artwork by Rashid Johnson, Damien Hirst, and Jean-Michel Basquiat decorate the space. It comes from the founders’ personal collections and is available for purchase.
The Boston store also stocks timepieces by Biver and Vanguart and is an authorized retailer of Gérald Genta, Daniel Roth, H. Moser & Cie, and Konstantin Chaykin.
It also offers vintage and pre-owned watches from Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Rolex, Richard Mille, F. P. Journe, and Vacheron Constantin.
The Boston location stocks jewelry designs by Anita Ko, Azlee, Suzanne Kalan, and Moritz Glik.
Its fine jewelry offerings also include its in-house creations of custom, fashion, and bridal pieces.
There is a curation of designer fine jewelry and a rotating selection of vintage, signed, and unsigned jewels from its in-house curation titled “Found & Good.”
Along with jewelry and timepieces, the store offers fine art, leather goods, and collectibles.
Material Good also has a flagship in New York City and a location in Miami.
It is slated to open its fourth location in Dallas later this year. This location will include a dedicated custom jewelry atelier.
