Orloff Jewelers Will Soon Unveil a Bigger, Better Location
The California jeweler is renovating its store in Fresno, with plans to show off the new space in December.

The family-owned jeweler, founded in 1955, plans to move into its larger, revamped space in December. The new store will be about 1,800-square-feet larger than the current store.
The jeweler is operating out of a space next door while the remodel wraps up.
Owner James Orloff said he’s fielded the question, “Why remodel now?” quite a few times. The jeweler has been located in the same space for more than 15 years.
Ultimately, he decided it was the right time to do it to make the space the best it could be for their new and longtime customers.
“When we started planning the remodel, we kept coming back to one question: ‘What do we want Orloff to feel like for our customers 10, 20, and 30 years from now?’,” Orloff said.
“The answer wasn’t just more space or more jewelry. We want Orloff to be a place where you enjoy spending time.”
Orloff Jewelers stocks several high-end watch and jewelry brands, including Breitling, Panerai, David Yurman, and Shinola.
Orloff said he hopes customers will come by to shop around, pick up a repair, or just say hello. There will be coffee and a new bar for customers to enjoy, as well as a VIP room.
“We want you to feel comfortable taking your time, asking questions, trying things on, talking with our team and enjoying the experience. Jewelry is personal, and we don’t believe you should ever feel rushed,” said Orloff.
It’s worked with retailers like Razny Jewelers and Ben Bridge, as well as big brands like Grand Seiko and Tourneau Bucherer.
“Our history is incredibly important to our family. We’re proud of where we came from, and we’re grateful for every customer who has been part of our story,” he said.
“But I also believe that the best way to honor that history is to keep moving forward.”
Orloff Jewelers is sharing a behind-the-scenes look at the construction process via social media.
