Registration Opens for CIBJO Centenary Congress
This year’s annual congress, which will mark the confederation’s 100th anniversary, will take place this fall in Italy.

This year’s meeting has been named the Centenary Congress, as it will mark 100 years since CIBJO’s establishment in 1926.
The milestone event is set for Sept. 4-7 and will take place during the VincenzaOro jewelry show at the show venue, the Fiera di Vicenza, in Vicenza, Italy.
It will be hosted by Italian Exhibition Group, which organizes VincenzaOro, as well as the T Gold and Oroarezzo shows in Italy and the JGTD | Jewellery Gem & Technology event in Dubai.
CIBJO congresses serve as the gathering place for its Assembly of Delegates.
It also hosts the annual sectoral commissions meetings, where amendments can be introduced to the organization’s Blue Books, its definitive directories of international industry standards for diamonds, colored stones, pearls, gem labs, precious metals, coral, and responsible sourcing.
Updates will be provided on the World Jewellery Confederation Education Foundation programs, as well as activities related to CIBJO’s ongoing cooperation with the United Nations and its development program.
Delegates and other participants can register for the congress on the event website.
The tentative congress program, travel information, background information about Vicenza and the congress venue, and news and media, as well as links to book hotel rooms at special event rates, are also available on the website.
