Jane Taylor brings a circus to Moda Operandi
Ahead of the debut of her “Cirque” collection in Las Vegas, the designer has 16 one-of-a-kind cocktail rings on luxury e-tailer Moda Operandi.

New York--Ahead of debuting her new “Cirque” collection during Las Vegas market week next month, designer Jane Taylor has 16 one-of-a-kind cocktail rings she is selling exclusively on luxury online retailer Moda Operandi.
The line of rings were made available on the website beginning Wednesday, featuring rare gemstones--including a number of tourmalines--many of which came from Taylor’s own collection, which she has amassed over years.
All 16 pieces were created in New York City over a three-month period by the designer and her daughter.
They are set in 18-karat yellow, white and rose gold, with a sleek and minimal design that keeps the focus on the gemstones. Retail prices range from $3,370 for a ring with smoky quartz and red garnet, up to $30,955 for a ring featuring a number of mint green tourmalines.
“The one common theme in my work is sculptural symmetry, which looks easy and simplistic, but isn’t at all,” she said. “I love taking classic shapes and seeing what playful ways I can make them interesting and juicy.”
Taylor’s new “Cirque” collection will debut at the Couture show, which runs from May 28 to June 1 at the Wynn Las Vegas.
