Richline Announces More Management Changes
Bobby Kempler is the new president of the Richline Jewelry division, while Ramona Genao-Archibald will serve as EVP of its sales and merchandising team.

New York--Richline Group is promoting a number of in-house executives.
The fine jewelry manufacturer, distributor and marketer has announced the appointment of Bobby Kempler to the role of president of the Richline Jewelry division.
The role was created for Kempler, who joined Richline last year when the company acquired the Samuel Aaron Group, where he had been CEO.
Also leading the way in the Richline Jewelry division is Ramona Genao-Archibald, who will act as executive vice president of sales, in addition to her previous role as EVP of merchandising/product development.
Kempler and Genao-Archibald will work together to grow the Richline Jewelry sector.
Richline is also appointing a new president of Inverness, its ear piercing and accessories division, in the wake of current president Alan Kaufman’s retirement.
Michael Schwartz will take on the role, having previously worked with many of Richline’s large customers, the company said.
Kaufman will stay on through the end of the year to assist Schwartz in the transition, which will take effect Sept. 1.
The company’s management moves come in the wake of Richline Group CEO Dennis Ulrich’s retirement. This month, Dave Meleski stepped into the CEO position and continues to serve as the company president.
Meleski commented in a press release: “We are optimistic about our future thanks to a key group of experienced, committed executives that will continue to advance our position as a customer-first, innovative, responsible company.”
