Italian Exhibition Group Moves Over to Premier
Premier is the new jewelry trade show taking place at the Las Vegas Convention Center in 2019 that is run by Emerald Expositions.

Las Vegas--The Italian Exhibition Group (IEG), organizer of the Vicenzaoro jewelry trade show, has announced that its exhibitors of Italian-made jewelry are moving to the new Premier trade show next year.
Previously, IEG exhibited at JCK Las Vegas.
Set to take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center, Premier is owned by JCK rival Emerald Expositions, which operates the Couture show and the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show.
Premier is the third Emerald trade show scheduled to take place during Las Vegas jewelry market week in 2019.
“We are delighted that the Italian Exhibition Group is joining us for the launch of Premier,” Emerald Expositions Group Show Director Drew Lawsky said in a press release.
“The landscape has changed in Las Vegas, and based on the enthusiastic feedback we’ve been receiving from our manufacturers and brands, we’re confident that Premier will provide the market with the alternative environment it is seeking. IEG’s commitment to our event will serve to augment our already robust presence at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and will have substantial draw among the type of qualified, motivated buyers that all three shows are seeking.”

We are thrilled that IEG has determined that joining Premier in Las Vegas is an opportunity that will enhance the success of their brands, as well as strengthen their position within the overall jewelry landscape.”
Last year, the AGTA GemFair announced it was leaving JCK Las Vegas to co-locate with the Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show at the Las Vegas Convention Center in 2019.
In March of this year, Emerald announced the launch of Premier, with Lawsky telling National Jeweler that the show would be geared toward both emerging designers and multi-generational manufacturing brands.
IEG's Jewelry & Fashion Division Director Marco Carniello said of the new IEG and Premier partnership: “For the Italian Exhibition Group, this new partnership with a fair organizer of the size and calibre of Emerald Expositions LLC is a most exciting development. Not only does it strengthen our presence in the international jewellery sector, but it provides a range of new opportunities for ‘Made in Italy’ in the critically important U.S. market.”
