New York--Dates have been set for the JA New York Special Delivery show, a cash-and-carry trade show that gives retailers access to relevant, last-minute product to fill their showcases in time for the holidays.
The show is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 26 to Tuesday, Oct. 28 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
Exhibitors at the show will benefit by getting the opportunity to downsize inventory so they can begin on the development of new collections, show organizers said.
“The timing and format of the October show has been a proven success,” said JA New York Group Show Director Drew Lawsky. “The purpose of this show has always been to satisfy the unique needs of our community, both exhibitors and retailers, in time for the holiday selling season. Having the ability to walk out with the product needed to fill showcases rather than waiting for orders to be filled is crucial to our retailers’ needs.”
For retailers, the show will have more than 450 exhibitors, many of them carrying jewelry that’s going to be on-trend this holiday season. According to National Jeweler Editor-in-Chief Michelle Graff this includes small layering necklaces, initials, ear cuffs, ear climbers and midi rings, which are rings that sit above the knuckle.
