JA to Hold Learning Workshops This Fall
A new slate of Learning Workshops will take place in Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Georgia.

The jewelry association has partnered with state associations in Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Georgia for three events in September and October.
From Sept. 27-28, JA’s Learning Workshop will take place during the Oklahoma Jewelers Association Annual Convention at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Oklahoma City Northwest in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Two events will occur in October. The Learning Workshop at the combined Louisiana and Mississippi Jewelers Associations’ Annual Convention is set for Oct. 4-5 at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi.
From Oct. 24-25, a Learning Workshop will be held during the Georgia Jewelers Association Annual Convention at the Atlanta Evergreen Lakeside Resort in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
The Learning Workshops are must-attend events for jewelry professionals looking to succeed today and continue to grow their businesses for tomorrow, said JA.
The events will include sessions on AI and technology, social media, successful sales strategies, leveraging jewelry repair services, selling diamonds, and jewelry trends.
“Partnering with these amazing state associations gives jewelers access to the best of both worlds: top education provided by Jewelers of America on the hottest topics facing the jewelry industry, and great opportunities to network and exchange ideas with their peers,” said Susan Posnock, director of public affairs and education at JA.
JA will host a total of four workshops at state association conventions this year. In April, the organization held a workshop during the Alabama Jewelers Association Convention.
