Rebecca Shukan Joins Omi Privé
Shukan is the company’s new director of sales and development.

Shukan is the new director of sales at development and colored gemstone jewelry brand Omi Privé, headquartered in Los Angeles.
In her role, she will strengthen relationships with retailers, expand brand awareness, and head colored gemstone and sales training, the company said.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin and the Gemological Institute of America, Shukan most recently was director of the Diamond Council of America’s Jewelry Career Readiness Initiative.
Prior to that, she was a private jeweler for a decade.
Shukan has held leadership positions in the Women’s Jewelry Association of Los Angeles, the Junior League of Pasadena, and the Pasadena Symphony.
“We have known Rebecca for many years and we’re very excited to welcome her to our team,” said Omi Privé President and Designer Niveet Nagpal.
“Her background in colored gemstones as well as her experience in sales strategies and training is going to be a great asset to our team and our retail stores.”
