Béatrice Goasglas has been with TAG Heuer since 2018. She is the first woman to head the 166-year-old, LVMH-owned watch brand.

She is the first woman to lead the 166-year-old watch brand.
She succeeds Antoine Pin, who stepped down as TAG Heuer CEO in January after more than 20 years with LVMH.
Goasglas joined TAG Heuer in 2018 as vice president of digital and client experience in Geneva, later serving as managing director of TAG Heuer Asia Pacific in Singapore, and then president of TAG Heuer Americas, based in Miami.
Previously, she held roles at Sephora, L’Oréal, and French luxury company SMCP Group.
In her new role, she will be tasked with driving the brand’s strategy, leveraging its collections, and developing its strategic partnership with Formula 1.
“Béatrice has had an outstanding career within TAG Heuer, and I am delighted that she will be taking the helm of this iconic watchmaking maison,” said Stéphane Bianchi, LVMH Group managing director and CEO of LVMH Watches and Jewelry.
“Her deep knowledge of the brand, combined with her leadership and unparalleled commitment, will enable TAG Heuer to reach new heights and to continue embodying the very highest watchmaking quality and the avant-garde spirit so dear to the maison.”
