Bonhams Paris To Offer Antique, Signed Jewels
The live fine jewelry auction will take place later this week, showcasing antique pieces, rare gemstones, and signed jewels.

The sale will showcase antique pieces and rare gemstones, as well as signed jewels from Cartier, Boucheron, Bulgari, Chaumet, Graff, Tiffany & Co., Van Cleef & Arpels, and Buccellati.
Leading the sale is a diamond necklace, pictured at the top of the article, made with articulating links set with old brilliant-cut diamonds. It is estimated to achieve €60,000 to €70,000 ($68,000 to $80,000).
Another highlight is a ring set with a 25.56-carat, oval-cut Sri Lankan sapphire surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds. It is estimated to sell for €25,000 to €35,000 ($28,500 to $40,000).
“The forthcoming fine jewellery Paris sale offers a remarkable selection of jewels, many sourced from private collections,” said Marine Girardet, Bonhams head of jewellery, France.
“The lots highlight exceptional craftsmanship across eras, from antique and Art Deco masterpieces to contemporary designs, featuring an abundance of colorful gemstones, including a significant collection of emeralds and playful, vibrant creations.”
Another standout lot is a Bulgari colored gemstones sprung bracelet, circa 1980, that Girardet calls “a modern piece poised to captivate collectors worldwide.”
Other signed jewels on offer include a Boucheron diamond clip brooch, circa 1930, that is estimated to fetch €10,000 to €15,000 ($11,400 to $17,000).
A Chaumet sapphire bracelet is also up for sale. It is estimated to sell for €5,000 to €7,000 ($5,700 to $8,000).
Among the antique offerings is a garnet and diamond necklace, circa 1880, that originated from a Greek princess, which has a pre-sale estimate of €20,000 to €25,000 ($23,000 to $28,500), and a diamond cuff bracelet dating from the end of the 19th century, estimated to sell for €10,000 to €12,000 ($11,400 to $13,700).
Also on offer is an enamel, ruby, and diamond snake bangle dating from the mid-19th century (est. €5,000 to €7,000, or $5,700 to $8,000) and an enamel and diamond brooch (est. €1,500 to €2,500, or $1,700 to $2,800).
Emerald jewelry is also a highlight of the auction.
A ring centering on a 16.82-carat Colombian emerald surrounded by diamonds is estimated to fetch €18,000 to €22,000 ($20,500 to $25,000).
A Bulgari ring set with a 3.41-carat, step-cut Colombian emerald surrounded by brilliant- and baguette-cut diamonds is on offer as well, with an estimate of €15,000 to €20,000 ($17,000 to $23,000).
There is also an emerald and diamond necklace dating from the end of the 19th century. Originating from a Greek princess, it features an openwork mount with foliate scrolling motifs set with diamonds and highlighted by step-cut emeralds, which suspending emeralds and old brilliant-cut diamond drops.
It is estimated to achieve €15,000 to €20,000 ($17,000 to $23,000).
