Uneek Jewelry Hires Shultz, Shopper
Rick Shultz is the bridal jewelry company’s vice president of sales for the northern Midwest while Cortland Shopper is regional vice president of sales for the western U.S.
Los Angeles--Bridal jewelry design company Uneek Jewelry has hired two people, Rick Shultz and Cortland Shopper, to help develop its regional and national accounts.
Shultz joins Uneek as regional vice president of sales for the northern Midwest, covering Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin.
Hailing from Kansas City, he has spent more than 30 years in the fine jewelry industry helping jewelers across the country develop and grow their businesses by delivering an exceptional experience.
His work as a certified gemologist and sales professional has allowed him to provide jewelers with an element of differentiating values and committed personal service, Uneek said.
The Southern California native also is a certified jeweler gemologist with vast experience in the jewelry industry.
With a start as a bench jeweler setting diamonds, followed by years of providing support in customer service and eventually rising to the position of director of sales during his 12-year tenure at Gregg Ruth, Shopper has developed many insights into how to help independent retailers.
“I am so thrilled to have Cortland and Rick join the Uneek team,” CEO Benjamin Javaheri said in a press release.
“Their combined wealth of experience and industry expertise will enhance our ability to deliver growth for Uneek and our family of retail partners. We at Uneek consider their coming on board as a sign of our commitment to providing only the best products and exceptional service to our partners. I’m confident that Cortland and Rick will be very instrumental in helping us achieve our goals and taking Uneek to the next level.”
