Bovet 1822 signs new UK distribution deal
Watch brand Bovet 1822 has signed an exclusive distribution partnership in the United Kingdom with British jewelry and luxury goods brand Asprey.
Bovet owner Pascal Raffy has strengthened this partnership for the long-term by becoming an Asprey shareholder and board member, the company said.
Additionally, Asprey will represent Bovet watches in the United States in its boutiques in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and Miami.
Starting in 2016, Asprey will have its own collection of timepieces designed and manufactured by the House of Bovet.
SimplexDiam wins Martin Ross inventory
Closeout jewelry and diamond supplier SimplexDiam Inc. announced that it was the winning bidder in the bankruptcy auction of inventory assets from the Martin Ross Group of Canada.
The assets include 6,000 carats of diamonds--the majority of which are Canadian in origin--valued at $5 million wholesale.
