Pandora Bets on Las Vegas for First North American Flagship
The Danish jewelry giant hosted its grand opening last weekend, complete with a Pandora pink roulette wheel.

The Danish jewelry giant hosted a ribbon-cutting celebration on June 6, coinciding with the Las Vegas jewelry shows.
The store is located on the street level of the BLVD shopping center, located across from the T-Mobile Arena.
Luciano Rodembusch, general manager of North America at Pandora, cut the ribbon alongside members of the Pandora team.
Pandora is a brand made of stories, said Rodembusch, and this new store will allow Pandora to better tell those stories to its customers.
“Something I always dreamed of was [being able] to show a little bit of our craftsmanship. There are 12,000 colleagues in Thailand that today are doing the best they can to create the most beautiful jewelry in the world,” he said.
“We want our friends and our fans to experience that and really understand when we say that every single piece is hand painted what that means and how difficult that is.”
Rodembusch also attended Jewelers for Children’s Facets event on Sunday to accept an award on behalf of Pandora’s CEO Alexander Lacik.

Decked out in Pandora’s signature blush pink, the store features a custom-designed craftsmanship studio and a “Diamond Salon” for Pandora’s lab-grown diamond collection. The brand quit using natural diamonds in 2021.
The dedicated diamond section provides “an inclusive and inviting setting” to browse its lab-grown diamonds, said the brand.
“Its curved design evokes a sense of openness and equality, aligning with the brand’s mission to democratize diamonds,” it said.
There is an interactive charm bar, inspired by a card dealer’s table, that encourages customers to create their own stories and feel the charms for themselves.
The experience is one of only a few available in Pandora stores worldwide.
The curved shape and fluted wood base of the charm bar is a nod to the design of its Copenhagen flagship.
The craftsmanship studio will be a backdrop for digital content and live demonstrations, like engraving and jewelry making.
During the opening day event, Pandora had an employee hand-painting enamel heart charms.
The flagship also has an event space with a “blank canvas” design, which lets the location and seasonality determine in-store activations and programming.
Also special for the opening weekend was the custom pink roulette wheel. Guests could spin for a chance to win Pandora prizes, limited-edition merch, and in-store offers.
Exclusive charms were created just for the occasion, including the “Sparkling Dice” charm, “Vegas Player” charm, and the “Welcome Sign” dangle, inspired by the iconic Las Vegas welcome sign.
Over opening weekend, one winner per day won a Pandora lab-grown diamond necklace in blush pink.
“The Las Vegas flagship marks an exciting new chapter for Pandora in North America, bringing together product, experience, and personalization in one unforgettable destination,” said Pandora.
By the end of the year, the brand will have around 650 stores in North America, said Rodembusch.
The store is located at 3747 S Las Vegas Blvd, #110.
