Amy Curran Promoted at Hill & Co.
Her new role is director of strategic initiatives.

Curran joined the consulting company as business operations lead in 2021, according to her LinkedIn.
She brought more than 40 years of industry experience with a background that spans luxury retail, merchandising, gemological knowledge, and strategy consulting.
In her new role, she will oversee key long-range projects across the company.
She will act as a strategic partner to the executive team and support clients on their most “mission-critical” growth initiatives, Hill & Co. said.
Curran has a degree in geological sciences. Following her education, she took a job in fine jewelry retail, rising from customer service management to vice president of merchandising with Fortunoff Jewelry, according to her LinkedIn.
She later launched her own consulting firm, guiding major players across the diamond, gemstone, and jewelry sectors.
Curran has been a member of the American Gem Society, where she previously acquired a Registered Jeweler designation.
She also previously served as a GIA Alumni chapter board member.
Currently, she is a member of the Women’s Jewelry Association, where she served as education chair for the New York Metro chapter.
The company said Curran played a pivotal role in the creation of “The List,” a directory of verified buyers across the global jewelry supply chain that Hill & Co. launched earlier this year.
The GDPR-compliant, AI-powered database was developed to provide businesses with more targeted access to decision-makers in retail, manufacturing, wholesale, technology, and labs.
“Amy has been instrumental in shaping every facet of The List,” said Elle Hill, founder and CEO of Hill & Co.
“From decision-maker segmentation and data quality standards to the functionality and use-case design, she’s shaped The List with the same precision and empathy she’s brought to her entire career. This promotion is both recognition and a next step—we’re building what’s next with Amy leading the charge.”
Curran said she is thrilled to continue developing and improving the new tool while in her new role.
“We built The List to remove guesswork and wasted outreach, to give businesses what they truly need: accurate, relevant, high-quality business intelligence. To help shape something this powerful from the inside has been a privilege. I’m thrilled to continue developing and improving it in this new role.”
