Jeff Corey Elected Chair of JBT Board
The well-known Maine jeweler takes over for Brian Fleming and will serve a one-year term.

Corey has been on the JBT board since 2017, serving as first vice-chairman last year.
He succeeds Brian Fleming in the role and will serve a one-year term.
In addition to Corey, the board elected the following officers and directors to one-year terms.
First Vice-Chairman: Andrew Rickard, Rochester Diamonds and Gold Inc.
President: Erich Jacobs
Secretary: Brenda M. Pimentel
Treasurer: Erich Jacobs
In addition, Annie Doresca of Jewelers of America and Matthijs Braakman of Retail Management Publishing Inc. were appointed to the JBT executive committee.
Doresca and Braakman, along with Corey and Fleming, also were re-elected to two-year terms on the JBT board of directors.
The individuals newly elected to the board for a two-year term are: Thomas Davis, director of business development for Select Jewelry Inc.; Arien Gessner, president of Rio Grande Inc.; and Grant Hansen, chief information security officer for Jewelers Mutual Insurance Co.
The following will continue to serve their existing terms on the board: Rickard; Lika Behmoaras, ISC Industries Inc. (d/b/a Lika Behar Collection); Ira Bergman, The Gordon Company Inc.; Edward N. DeCristofaro, LDC Inc.; Teresa Frye, Techform Advanced Casting Tech LLC; Keven Peck, Color Merchants Inc.; Parag Jain, Parag Diamonds Inc.; and Roger Gesswein III, Paul H. Gesswein & Co. Inc.
In addition, Richard Katz of the Richline Group Inc. was elected to serve a two-year term on JBT’s advisory board, while Ann Arnold of Buyers International Group LLC and Michael Kaplan of Rocket Jewelry Box Inc. will continue their terms.
