Ben Bridge Jeweler Unveils This Year’s ‘Benny Bear’
Look out for a black bear wearing a purple Santa hat and its zippered tummy pouch made for holding a holiday gift from Ben Bridge Jeweler.

The stuffed bear returns to the retailer each year during the holiday season as a collector’s item and holiday tradition.
The 2024 Benny Bear is modeled after a black bear, with black fur, brown paws, an oversized purple Santa hat, and the signature Benny characteristics of a friendly smile and blue eyes.
It also features the iconic zippered pouch in the bear’s tummy, which is made for hiding and presenting a piece of jewelry from Ben Bridge Jeweler.
“Whether placed under the tree or given as a delightful surprise, Benny Bear continues to embody the spirit of thoughtful giving,” said the retailer.
This tradition began almost four decades ago as a simple yet meaningful moment after Ed Bridge, the former CEO and chairman of Ben Bridge, was inspired when seeing a team member use a teddy bear to present a pair of earrings.
Bridge refined the design, creating the first “Benny,” as a bear with a pouch made to hide a jewelry surprise for a personal touch added to a gift during the holiday season.
The Benny Bear is available online and in stores at Ben Bridge, while supplies last, as a complimentary gift with any purchase of $180 or more.
