Take the Jewelers for Children ‘Trinity of Purpose’ Challenge
Participants who attend any three Rings of Strength events will be awarded a special medal.

Held at industry events throughout the year, it invites participants to fundraise via a 5k walk/run.
The new “Trinity of Purpose” program encourages participants to join at least three Rings of Strength events annually. There are now also virtual options.
To join the program, participants can register for any three Rings of Strength events in a 12-month period, either in person or virtual.
“Charity runs are a perfect space where individuals come together with deeper meaning and purpose especially when aligned with major industry events,” said Priyal Shankar of Shivam Jewels, the company sponsoring JFC’s new program.
“These gatherings become more than runs; they become symbols of solidarity and support for shaping a better future for children. Coming from the world of crafting natural diamonds where brilliance is harnessed from rough, initiatives with children feel very personal.”
The next Rings of Strength event will take place Sept. 8 in Carlsbad, California, at AGS and GIA’s inaugural Converge event.
To register for the Carlsbad event, visit the JFC website. Registration for the Las Vegas event will open in January.
Those who participate in at least three events will receive a Trinity of Purpose metal and e-badge.
“Rings of Strength has a long history of contributing positively to both JFC’s fundraising and the jewelry community,” said Sara Murphy, executive director of JFC.
“We hope that folks that can’t make it to Carlsbad will register for the virtual run and join us for as many events as they can.”
Founded in 1999, JFC has raised more than $65 million for children in need, working with charities like Make-A-Wish and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
