Rare & Forever Diamonds Names VP of Marketing, Sales

Stepping into the role is industry veteran Chris Croteau, who has worked at Hearts On Fire and CD Peacock Jewelers.

Industry veteran Chris Croteau is now the vice president of marketing and sales at natural diamond brand Rare & Forever.
Rochester, N.Y.—Natural diamond brand Rare & Forever has appointed industry veteran Chris Croteau to the newly created position of vice president of marketing and sales. 
 
He joins with many years of trade experience, most recently serving as store director for Chicago-based retail jeweler CD Peacock Jewelers. 
 
He was also senior director of sales at Hearts On Fire. 
 
Croteau will leverage this extensive experience in his new role with Rare & Forever to create digital and print marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and build customer trust. 
 
Rare & Forever stones are supplied by RDI Diamonds, and the brand’s collections are only available through authorized jewelers.
 
The brand’s diamonds are screened for brown, green, or milky qualities to ensure maximum brilliance and graded with proprietary AI technology. 
  
“Chris’s extensive experience with over 16 years at Hearts On Fire makes him a perfect fit for this important role at the helm of Rare & Forever’s brand team,” said Andrew Rickard, vice president of operations at RDI. 
 
“He will lead the day-to-day operations of the brand and be instrumental to its continued growth as a trailblazer in our rapidly evolving industry.”
