Buddha Mama Brings Its ‘Moon’ Locket To Dallas
The one-of-a-kind locket, our Piece of the Week, opens to reveal three hidden images to keep close to your heart.

The “Moon” locket is a one-of-a-kind Buddha Mama piece crafted in 20-karat yellow gold. It is seen at the top of the article styled on a ball chain.
It showcases moon and star motifs accented by marquise- and round-cut diamonds and framed by pavé diamonds.
Suspended from the locket is a diamond encrusted star and, below that, a marquise diamond drop. The piece features 10.34 carats of diamonds in total.
Inside, the locket reveals space for three images.
“We are very drawn to lockets, and so when this piece was being conceived by us, we thought we could take it to the next level and make it [into a] locket,” said Nancy and Dakota Badia, the mother-daughter team that heads Buddha Mama.
The Moon locket debuted in Buddha Mama’s “Celestial Love” collection, an homage to Nancy’s mother/Dakota’s grandmother.
She shared her love of nature and the stars with the Badias, inspiring the creation of this piece.
The Moon locket will be available at Buddha Mama and Ashley Longshore’s joint pop-up slated for April 9-11 at The Platform at Katy Trail in Turtle Creek, a neighborhood in uptown Dallas.
The Badias said, “We are excited that you get to experience it in such a magical environment with Ashley Longshore.”
The locket is price upon request.
