Piece of the Week: Kallati’s Pink Sapphire Ring
Taylor Swift flaunts an Elizabeth Taylor-esque gemstone in promo for her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”
If you’re reading this, “The Life of a Showgirl,” Taylor Swift’s twelfth studio album, has made its way out into the world.
Leading up to the drop, which comes a little more than month after the announcement of her engagement to Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, the singer-songwriter steadily released limited-edition merch, special vinyls in various colorways, and fun activations related to the new album.
In promotional visuals for the latest exclusive, a “Summertime Spritz Pink Shimmer” vinyl—the exclusive Target variant of “The Life of a Showgirl: The Crowd is Your King Edition”—Swift wears a pink velvet ensemble with a massive gemstone depicted on the front.
Her look also features another sizeable stone—a 35-carat pink sapphire ring on her middle finger.

The ring, by Kallati, is made in 14-karat rose gold and also features 1 carat of diamonds. It retails for $27,120.
The New York-based, family-owned fine jewelry brand is run today by second-generation jewelers, sisters Reout and Orly Kallati, who serve as chief executives, chief designers, and brand ambassadors.
