Marcello Monti and Gilberto Dentelli are the founders of Valenza Setting Lab, which is based in Valenza, Italy. Their team of 24 employees previously worked for MG Incassatura, also a Valenza-based company and a longtime partner of Pomellato.
This acquisition follows Pomellato’s purchase of a minority stake in Italian goldsmith company Costanzo & Rizzetto in 2022.
