Jewelers’ Security Alliance President John J. Kennedy and Berkley Asset Protection co-founder and Executive Vice President Greg Smith joined Editor-in-Chief Michelle Graff earlier this week on “My Next Question” to discuss store and event security ahead of the holiday season.
During the hour-long session, Smith and Kennedy talked about the importance of trusting your gut, how to handle masked customers, code words, and why too many holiday decorations in the window can present a security threat.
