Basel--Shinola, the Detroit-based, U.S.-made watch brand, has two new quartz movements powering its new watches: moon phase versions of the Runwell and the Gomelsky and a travel watch called The Rambler GMT.
It’s available in both a stainless steel case with a yellow gold PVD bezel, cream dial and light brown strap, and in a solid stainless steel case with a black dial and strap. Available now for retailers, the watches retail at $650 and $600, respectively.
The Runwell Moon Dial is powered by the same movement, has a number of dial and strap color variations and is available in 36, 41 and 47 mm sizes. It’s slated to be available in May and retail prices range from $800 to $850.
The Rambler GMT, meanwhile, is the brand’s first travel watch. Powered by the Argonite 515.24H, the 44 mm watch has a 24-hour hand and turning topring bezel for keeping track of time while traversing time zones.
There are four different variations of the Rambler GMT, and the watch also is slated to be available in May. It will retail for $750.
