Venus Jewel will donate money to Jewelers for Children for every individual who participates in their in-booth diamond identification challenge at JCK Las Vegas.
Las Vegas--Trade show-goers hoping to get in some gaming time this weekend might consider challenging themselves for charity.
Venus Jewel will be hosting a diamond identification challenge at their JCK Las Vegas booth that will benefit Jewelers for Children.
Challenge participants will be asked to view a diamond on the Venus Jewel website, then attempt to identify the diamond in-person from four physical stones. The challenge is intended to demonstrate the quality of Venus Jewel’s online sales capacity, which the company considers to be as viable as buying a diamond in person.
Whether players win or lose, it’s all a win for JFC, as Venus Jewel will donate money to the charity for every individual who partakes in the challenge.
“We are happy to support JFC’s mission, which is also something that we hold very close to our family values and corporate philosophy--to provide for and support children, the real future of every country,” said Rajesh Shah, a Venus Jewel partner.

The diamond manufacturer said it was the first to take business-to-business sales online in 1997. Today, online sales account for half of Venus Jewel’s annual business.
