Swarovski Appoints New North America President
Retail veteran Sindhu Culas has stepped into the role.

She succeeds Kolja Kiofsky, who stepped into the role in March 2023. He was promoted to chief commercial officer in May, effective this month.
Culas, who is based in New York City, will be tasked with bolstering Swarovski's physical and digital presence, as well as its brand awareness, in the U.S.

She has more than 25 years of experience in retail and institutional investment management in the consumer sector.
Culas got her start as a buyer and planner at Macy's, Talbots, and Lord & Taylor. She later took on strategy and brand management roles at Macy's.
Later on, she was the senior vendor manager at Amazon and the senior vice president of e-commerce and strategy for Calvin Klein.
Most recently, she was CEO for clothing brand G-Star in North America.
