Naples, Fla.--Online trading platform Polygon will sponsor and have a presence at multiple U.S. Antique Shows this year and in 2015, giving attendees tours of the website and explaining membership opportunities.
Established in 1984, Polygon is a members-only online community and trading platform for jewelry professionals that hosts forums and the trading of loose diamonds, jewelry, colored stones, watches and estate pieces. The company has a presence in 34 countries and is valued at $3.5 billion.
Polygon will sponsor the upcoming U.S Antique Shows in Las Vegas, New York, Miami as well as the Original Miami Beach Antique Show. It also will have a booth at the upcoming, trade-only Las Vegas Antique Jewelry & Watch Show, scheduled for May 29 to June 1 at the Paris hotel.
The company’s sponsorship at the shows will include giving attendees free tours of the Polygon website and an explanation of member benefits.
“We’re excited to continue our partnership with Polygon. We’ve partnered with them for four years and many of our dealers are already members of their online community therefore we understand the value they provide and we believe it’s important to introduce this exceptional resource to new dealers,” said Dan Darby, group director of U.S. Antique Shows and vice president of Emerald Expositions.
Emerald Expositions owns the U.S. Antique Shows--one of the shows it acquired when it bought George Little Management LLC earlier this year--as well as National Jeweler, the JA New York shows and the Couture show.
