Pandora to Open New Distribution Center in Maryland
The jewelry giant will relocate its existing facility to a larger space in Anne Arundel.

The Danish jewelry giant will relocate from its current facility in Columbia, Maryland, to a new space in Anne Arundel about 13 miles away.
All current employees at the Columbia location will be given the opportunity to relocate to the new facility.
Pandora said it expects to expand its workforce at the new site, and will offer its employees upgraded amenities, ergonomic workstations, and collaborative spaces.
The new Anne Arundel facility will expand its distribution footprint by nearly 80 percent to 107,000 square feet.
The center will have advanced fulfillment capabilities, said the company, which will boost its operational efficiency and provide faster and more flexible service via its retail and online channels.
Its new warehouse and transport management systems will use “pick-and-pass” methods to boost productivity.
There will also be advanced safety and security measures at the new facility.
The space will be LEED Silver Certified, meaning it will meet the certification standards for energy efficiency, water consumption, and sustainable design.

“This investment reflects both our confidence in the U.S. market and our commitment to delivering a world-class experience to our customers,” said Luciano Rodembusch, president of Pandora North America.
“By expanding our operational capabilities, we are positioning Pandora to capture the strong growth opportunities we continue to see across North America.”
The U.S. market is Pandora’s largest and fastest-growing region, said the company.
From 2020 to 2024, Pandora’s revenue in the U.S. market more than doubled, it said.
Revenue stayed strong in 2025, with 12 percent organic growth reported in the first half of the year.
The retailer outperformed the broader market, it said, with sales driven by “robust” in-store and online traffic.
Construction on the new facility is set to begin this month, with the opening set for the first half of 2026.
Pandora employs about 8,000 people in the U.S. and has around 500 stores.
