Borsheims Names New Senior Security and Facilities Manager
Longtime employee Kyle Slosson has been promoted to the role.

As the jewelry retailer’s new senior security and facilities manager, Slosson will oversee Borsheims' in-house facilities department and lead the company’s security operations.
In his new role, he will ensure a safe environment for Borsheims’ employees, customers, and assets while improving the store’s infrastructure, the company said.
Slosson began his career at Borsheims in 2007 as a security officer.
In 2011, he was promoted to senior security officer.
Following a show of dedication and strong leadership, Borsheims said, he was later promoted to security supervisor in 2014, and security manager in 2018.
“Kyle is the epitome of a valued Borsheims family member. He has been an integral part of our business – and our growth – for nearly two decades, and we are incredibly thankful for his leadership and his unwavering commitment to keeping us safe and secure. I look forward to seeing him succeed in his new role,” said Borsheims CEO and President Karen Goracke.
Slosson holds an Associate of Arts degree in criminal justice from Metropolitan Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree in security management from Bellevue University.
He has also earned the Certified Protection Professional certification from ASIS International and OSHA compliance certification, as well as a range of other credentials in risk assessment, emergency response, and hazard prevention.
