Borsheims Executive Jennifer Johnson Retires
Johnson joined the retailer in 1987, establishing its first human resources department.
Johnson, a longtime member of the retailer’s executive leadership team, was the vice president of human resources and retail operations.
She was tasked with overseeing human resources, customer service, gift wrap and shipping, facilities, and the in-house repair shop.
She joined Borsheims in 1987, setting up its first human resources department. Johnson was also integral in developing its recruiting, onboarding, and compensation and benefits programs.
“Jennifer has been a large part of Borsheims for the past 36 years and has helped guide the store to its current growth and prominence,” said Borsheims President and CEO Karen Goracke.
“She has been a tireless champion of promoting Borsheims’ signature service, and her dedication to our business is something I will always hold dear to my heart.”
In retirement, Johnson is looking forward to spending more time with her family, including her husband John and her sons, Jeff and Jack, as well as her two dogs, Nelson and Finn.
