Rembrandt Charms Taps Nikon Vet as COO

Buffalo, N.Y.--Rembrandt Charms, which is experiencing a rebirth after surviving the Pandora craze and the Great Recession, has hired a new chief operating officer.
U.S. Navy veteran Michael Metzger joined the team last month and will oversee day-to-day operations as well as strategic planning as “demand for the classic charm bracelet continues to increase,” said Rembrandt Vice President Eric Lux.

Metzger joins Kimberly Burzynski as a new member of the Rembrandt Charms executive team. The jewelry company hired Burzynski as its new sales and marketing manager in November.
Prior to joining Rembrandt, she spent eight years supporting key accounts, building relationships and doing marketing for hat company New Era Cap Inc.
The company also created an in-house merchandising team in 2016 that works with account representatives to identify opportunities to refresh and strengthen existing charm programs.
