LeachGarner Appoints New Director of Sales
Linda Coutu is rejoining the precious metals provider as its director of sales.

In her new role, Coutu will lead growth initiatives across the jewelry and industrial markets.
The director of sales position was newly created by the leadership team.
As director of sales, Coutu will drive revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and align sales strategy with the business’ long-term objectives.
Coutu brings more than 20 years of progressive experience in jewelry and precious metals business development, management, merchandising, and pricing strategy to the role.
Throughout her career, she has held key leadership roles, including as merchandiser and product manager at Colibri and at the original Leach & Garner/General Findings organization.
Her previous roles at LeachGarner include marketing director and national account manager.
During this time, she delivered consistent revenue growth and managed major retail programs, said LeachGarner.
Most recently, Coutu was the sales and marketing director of Umicore, according to her LinkedIn.
“Coutu’s expertise spans product lifecycle management, strategic sales planning, and cross-functional leadership, with a proven ability to deliver measurable results in competitive markets,” said the precious metals provider.
She has an MBA in leadership and marketing from Providence College and a Bachelor of Science in business administration/marketing from Rhode Island College.
Coutu is also a member of the Women’s Jewelry Association and the Boston Jewelers Club.
She was past president of the Providence Jewelers Club and held leadership and advisory roles for the Manufacturing Jewelers & Suppliers of America.
Outside of the office, she is passionate about education and mentorship, contributing as an adult education instructor and lecturer on marketing and business strategy.
