Lalaounis’ 2026 Good Luck Charm Speaks to Resilience
This year’s good luck charm features the mythical horse Pegasus, and is our first Piece of the Week of the new year.

In 2024, Lalaounis’ good luck charm featured a deer symbolizing strength, grace, and freedom, while 2025’s was the “Blossom Rosette,” meant to represent love, beauty, and hope.
For 2026, Lalaounis returns to the animal kingdom with a charm featuring Pegasus, the winged horse that became the bearer of thunder and lightning.
The mythological creature is National Jeweler’s first Piece of the Week of 2026.
According to Lalaounis, Pegasus “embodies humanity’s greatest dreams—the marriage of earthbound strength with celestial freedom and the possibility of rising above our circumstances.”
Pegasus is also a fitting symbol for 2026 because in Chinese astrology, it is the Year of the Fire Horse.
Inspired by coins from the ancient Greek city of Corinth, the Lalaounis Pegasus charm is available in 18-karat yellow gold, sterling silver, or a mixed-metal version of 18-karat yellow gold and sterling silver—a style expected to be trending in 2026.
The charm’s two sizes can be paired with an 18-karat yellow gold or sterling silver chain as well as a necklace or bracelet of faceted gemstone beads.
The version featured as Piece of the Week features an 18-karat yellow gold Pegasus pendant on a string of carnelian beads ($660).
