Piece of the Week: Lalaounis’ Good Luck Charm for 2025
The “Blossom Rosette” blooms with love, beauty, and hope for the year ahead.
Every year, Greek jewelry brand Lalaounis introduces a good luck charm for the year ahead.
Last year, it was the “Golden Deer.”
For 2025, it is the “Blossom Rosette.”
In the Minoan civilization during the Bronze Age, rosettes were associated with nature, fertility, and the sun.
In Greece’s Classical period, rosettes decorated the temples of Aphrodite, the goddess of love, beauty, and fertility.
Lalaounis said its rose-shaped good luck charm for 2025 is meant to represent love, beauty, and hope, three things we hope to see blossoming in the year ahead.
The “Blossom Rosette” charm is crafted in 18-karat gold or 18-karat gold and sterling silver, and it can be purchased by itself or on a cord, gemstone bead necklace, or gemstone bead bracelet.
The charm chosen as our Piece of the Week features a rose quartz stone and retails for $785, not including the chain. It’s also available with smoky quartz and aventurine.
