Designer Offers Holiday Sales Incentive Trip to Vietnam
It’s a 10-day “trip of a lifetime” for one top performing Nina Nguyen Designs sales associate.

Denver—To encourage sales associates to go above and beyond in reaching their holiday sales goals, Nina Nguyen Designs has come up with a truly motivating reward.
The Denver, Colorado-based jewelry company announced this week it will reward one top performing sales associate with an all-expenses-paid 10-day trip to Vietnam.
“I am thrilled to offer the chance to experience my native country as a holiday sales incentive,” the company’s namesake designer said in a statement. “I grew up in Vietnam, and the country is a big part of our brand’s DNA.
“I am constantly traveling back and forth to our design and production studio in Ho Chi Minh City, and one day got the idea that I wanted to share this part of my heritage, and a place that continues to be very inspiring and special to me, with one of our top-performing brand advocates.”
This month, sales associates at any of Nguyen’s 80 retail partners can log their sales in a special online system. The highest earner and contest winner will be announced on Jan. 10.
The 10-day trip, scheduled for March 2020, will show the winning sales associate the best that Vietnam has to offer.
The trip will start in Ho Chi Minh City with visits to temples, gardens and parks plus plenty of changes to sample the local cuisine, including world-renowned street food, with Nguyen herself as the winner’s guide.
Then it’s on to Hoi An and Da Nang, with visits to beautiful beaches, UNESCO world heritage sites and national parks, plus a stay at five-star resort Furama Resort Danang.
The last stop is Hanoi, full of cultural attractions, with a day trip to UNESCO world heritage site Hue Imperial Palace.
“I figured after the holidays, they’re really going to need a relaxing, fun-filled vacation,” Nguyen said.
Interested sales associates at Nguyen’s partner retailers can contact the designer’s team here for more information.
