Frederick Goldman Updates Leadership Team
The manufacturer said the changes are designed to improve speed, reliability, innovation, and service.

The goal was to strengthen alignment across operations, product, marketing, and customer experience, the company said, with a focus on speed, reliability, innovation, and service.
Bryan Cowan, formerly the senior vice president of customer success and business development, has taken on an expanded leadership role as senior vice president of operations, product development, and sourcing.
Cowan will be tasked with promoting coordination across manufacturing operations, product development, and sourcing.
This will speed up end-to-end decision making, said the company, as well as improve its speed to market and support innovation.
The company also promoted Thomas Schwartz, formerly the vice president of marketing, to senior vice president of growth and customer experience.
Schwartz will continue to lead marketing and will also take on responsibility for the customer experience teams in the United States and Mexico, as well as the company’s independent sales channel.
Bringing marketing, sales, and service functions under one leadership structure will enable the company to enhance customer communication, increase service levels, and create a more seamless experience for retail partners, it said.
The alignment will support stronger sell-through, improved program execution, and long-term partnership value, said the company.
Liliana Estrella, formerly trade marketing manager, has also been promoted to director of marketing, which the company said affirms its commitment to brand development, trade support, and market-facing storytelling.
The company also named jewelry industry veteran Alisa Bunger as its new vice president of sales in October.
“These updates are designed to strengthen the way we serve our customers and execute across the organization,” said John C. Orrico, president of Frederick Goldman.
“As the market continues to evolve, our focus is clear: to be the most reliable, responsive, and forward-thinking partner in the industry. This structure supports faster execution, closer alignment, and a stronger customer experience.”
Founded in 1948, Frederick Goldman is a jewelry manufacturer and distributor that offers branded and private label jewelry designs.
