They identify key challenges for a jeweler and then partners the retailer with business advisers who are experts in those particular areas.
Omaha, Nebraska--The Edge Retail Academy has launched new tiered Business Academy services designed to help jewelers identify and tackle their biggest obstacles.
The customized consulting service program identifies key challenges and areas of improvement for a retailer and then aligns that retailer with ERA business advisers who are experts in those particular areas.
Each participating retailer can customize the services based on the specific challenges they face and their commitment level. They will receive consulting, training and/or assistance in the specified areas.
Categorized into Silver, Gold and Platinum levels, the Business Academy Program offers a variety of itemized services including customized sales plans, business development programs, analysis of sales performance and recruiting, and retirement/succession planning.
“Let’s face it--retail strategies from just a few years ago are no longer working.” -- ERA President David BrownIt starts at $695 per month and the program has no contractual commitment. Offerings are tiered based on the retailer’s budget.
Those participating in the Business Academy also receive free entry to the ERA/Edge two-day educational conference.
