Tiffany opens latest Blue Book at the Guggenheim
The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum was the backdrop for the unveiling of Tiffany & Co.’s 2014 Blue Book, an annual publication that showcases the company’s latest and most spectacular jewelry designs.

Held April 10 in New York, the event focused on colored gemstones.
Among the jewels on display were an 18-karat white gold cuff with blue sapphires and diamonds, Tiffany & Co. Schlumberger rings with rubellite, aquamarine and turquoise, and earrings featuring Montana sapphires.
A 15.04-carat fancy vivid yellow diamond set into a ring and Art Deco-inspired bangles with yellow and white diamonds also were showcased.
In addition to the jewelry displays, Tiffany treated guests to a sound and light show, called “The Diamond Sky,” by Leo Kuelbs Collection, where Blue Book imagery was displayed on the museum’s rotunda in 3D form.
More than 300 guests attended the event, including actresses Jessica Biel, Kate Bosworth and Katie Holmes.
The Blue Book catalog has been distributed to Tiffany & Co. customers every year since 1845. Charles Lewis Tiffany designed the book in hopes of enticing customers to visit his store.
