Las Vegas--When the long Las Vegas days of trade-show walking wind down, retailers, manufacturers and press will be looking for restaurants where they can recharge and refuel.

The evenings provide a chance to catch up with friends and colleagues while sampling different cuisines at all points along the Strip.

For members of the industry who want to refresh their memories on their favorite haunts, or perhaps try something new, here’s a list of restaurants to check out this year in Las Vegas.

1. Bartolotta
At one of the Wynn Las Vegas’s many dining options, Chef Paul Bartolotta cooks up a few traditional Italian coastal dishes. The restaurant offers indoor or outdoor dining near a private pond. It’s open for dinner nightly from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Average price: $25 to $50

2. Wicked Spoon
The Cosmopolitan hotel’s “culinary food hall” offers brunch and dinner seven days a week, as well as a happy hour from 5 to 7 p.m. every day. The buffet offers dishes for every appetite, from familiar staples to “imaginative” and seasonal dishes. Average price: $25 to $35

3. Mon Ami Gabi
Serving French cuisine and an extensive wine list, this restaurant located on the Strip offers visitors a number of different dining environments. They can sit in the bright atrium, get tucked away inside the café, or sit out in the open-air patio, where the location across from the Bellagio offers views of the fountain shows. Average price: $25 to $40

4. Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro
The Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro at Caesars Palace Las Vegas is the creation of award-winning pastry chef François Payard. It includes a chocolate and pastry shop as well as a restaurant with a traditional dining room serving breakfast and lunch. The chocolate and pastry shop make up the largest part of the restaurant, offering signature chocolates, desserts, sandwiches and pastries for a meal on the go. The dining room serves French-inspired breakfast and lunch items. Average price: $25 to $40

5. Top of the World
Situated more than 800 feet up in the air at the Stratosphere Casino & Hotel, Top of the World’s main attraction is the view. The restaurant rotates 360 degrees every 80 minutes, offering a full view of the city, as well as a menu that provides a mix of American- and French-influenced classics. Average price: $50 and up

6. Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro

Located at the Palazzo Hotel, Morels combines a classic steakhouse with more unique features, including an iced seafood bar, a cheese and charcuterie bar and a wine list with more than 450 options. An extra bonus: It’s located across from the Treasure Island hotel and casino, which means diners can watch the pirate show while they eat. Average price: $30 to $60.

7. Buffet Bellagio
Offering another buffet option is the one at the Bellagio, which includes several live-action cooking stations where diners can choose from Italian, Japanese, Chinese, seafood and American cuisine daily or a champagne brunch on the weekend. Average price: $20 to $60, depending on the buffet

8. Mastro’s Ocean Club
This seafood restaurant and steakhouse is tucked away inside the shops at Crystals, and the main dining area is located in an 80-foot tall sculptural “tree house” while live music and dining at the grand bar and piano offer a livelier atmosphere. Average price: $50 and up

9. Rx Boiler Room
Celebrity chef Rick Moonen gives his spin on classic comfort food at this restaurant located at Mandalay Bay, offering guests a variety of small and large-plate portions. The décor is inspired by steampunk design, including industrial hardware and swooping velveteen fabrics. Average price: $30 to $50

10. Mizumi
Also at the Wynn Las Vegas, Mizumi is a sweeping space decorated in red and gold with views of the restaurant’s private gardens, koi ponds and waterfalls to provide a tranquil atmosphere for diners. The Japanese restaurant also provides a variety of options for food, featuring a teppanyaki room, a robatayaki bar and a sushi bar. Average price: $30-$60
