National Jeweler Names Another Hall of Fame Inductee
Helene Zadok will join her husband Dror as a member of the Retailer Hall of Fame’s Class of 2018.

New York--The Retailer Hall of Fame Class of 2018 is growing by one.
National Jeweler is adding Helene Zadok, of Zadok Jewelers in Houston, to the class. She will be inducted and profiled along with her husband, Dror.
The two opened Zadok Jewelers together in 1976, after a temporary visit to family in Houston turned into a permanent stay.
“Without my wife, I would not … be where I am today,” Dror Zadok said. “She’s my co-everything. She was right next to me.”
The Zadoks are being inducted in the Single-Store Independent category. The other members of the 2018 Retailer Hall of Fame class are Cathy Tivol (Multi-Store Independent) and Pam Mortensen, J.C. Penney’s senior vice president and general merchandise manager for jewelry (Majors).
The print issue of the Retailer Hall of Fame is scheduled to come out in mid-May, before the Las Vegas shows. The digital edition will go live on NationalJeweler.com around the same time.
