Technology Therapy Group Expands AI Training for Jewelry Retailers
The online sessions are designed to teach jewelers to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to grow their business.

The initiative aims to close the technology gap faced by many retailers in the industry, said TTG, and help them to leverage AI for business growth.
The sessions will be led by Jennifer Shaheen, TTG's president and digital strategy expert. She is also a frequent speaker at industry events.
Shaheen, who holds a certificate in No Code AI and Machine Learning from MIT, has given presentations at JCK Las Vegas and led hands-on workshops at the Atlanta Jewelry Show.
The training sessions are meant to translate complex AI capabilities into practical applications specifically for jewelry businesses, said TTG.
"Many jewelers understand they need AI but don't know where to start or how it applies to their jewelry business," said Shaheen.
"Our training breaks through that barrier by showing them exactly how tools like Claude and ChatGPT can help with everything from creating compelling product descriptions to analyzing seasonal buying patterns and predicting inventory needs."
On Tuesday, April 22 at 2 p.m. ET, Shaheen will present “ChatGPT Training: Creating Custom GPTs, Smarter Prompts, & Review Analysis.”
The session will teach attendees how to use ChatGPT to streamline customer service, personalize their marketing messages, and analyze customer feedback.
On Wednesday, April 30 at 1 p.m. ET, she will present “Claude AI Training: Creating Custom Projects, Smarter Prompts, & Review Analysis.”
The training will show participants how to use Claude AI for product descriptions, blog writing, and customer analysis.
On Tuesday, May 13 at 1 p.m. ET, Shaheen will present “AI-Powered Content Training — Claude AI,” which will show participants how to use Claude to create content for digital platforms.
Each session in the 2025 training series costs $125.
TTG's training sessions are available in multiple formats, including live online sessions with an interactive Q&A and private one-on-one coaching.
"The jewelry retail industry, for me, is about combining tradition and innovation," said Shaheen.
"These AI tools don't replace the personal touch that makes independent jewelers special; they enhance it by freeing up time for what matters most: building relationships with customers."
