Richline to bring wearables to Las Vegas
The jewelry manufacturer is partnering with JCK Las Vegas to hold a “World of Wearables” exhibition and panel on May 28 showcasing the latest innovations in wearable technology and connected devices.
New York--Richline Group is bringing a number of the latest innovations in wearable technology and connected devices, as well as experts in those fields, to show attendees at JCK Las Vegas later this month.
The company’s “World of Wearables” event, organized in partnership with the show, will allow attendees to take a virtual tour of a jewelry store from Next Galaxy and Zeiss 3D glasses, see 3D printed high-heel shoes or print edible designs made from chocolate, among other highlights.
Richline will showcase a variety of wearable and connected devices that enhance things like fitness, wellness, safety, and communication.
The event also will introduce a number of new smart jewelry options, including the jewelry marketer and manufacturer’s collaborations with tech companies Cuff and Omate, as well as third-party compatible jewelry offerings for existing wearable tech such as Fitbit.
In addition to the walk-in exhibition, Richline will host a panel discussion with a number of experts from the wearables market.
It will be moderated by Robin Raskin, founder and president of a technology tradeshow and products company called Living in Digital Times. Panelists will include Dave Monahan of FitLinxx, Amanda Parkes of Manufacture NY, Scott Amyx of Amyx + McKinsey, and Sonny Vu of Misfit.
“We believe that wearable technology will continue to touch every facet of our lives, including our industry,” Richline Group CEO Dennis Ulrich said. “Richline’s foray into the marriage of jewelry and technology began with extensive research, and we are thrilled to bring the best of what we’ve seen to JCK Las Vegas in order to help the industry better understand how connected devices will impact the future of jewelry.”
The event will be held on Thursday, May 28 at Mandalay Bay. More information about the “World of Wearables” walk-in exhibition and panel can be found here.
