CFDA Adds 4 Fine Jewelry Designers to Its Roster
The Council of Fashion Designers of America added Anna Sheffield, Jordan Askill, Yves Spinelli and Catherin Zadeh to its ranks.

New York--The Council of Fashion Designer of America has added four more fine jewelry designers to its ranks this year.
The new members are Anna Sheffield of Anna Sheffield Fine Jewelry, Yves Spinelli of Spinelli Kilcollin, Jordan Askill, who runs his eponymous brand, and Catherine Zadeh of Zadeh.
Anna Sheffield has become known for her delicate jewelry that offers a slightly alternative look, especially for brides, and has a signature style that includes mixed precious metals, inverted-set diamonds and solid gold “gemstones.”
Jordan Askill, a New York-based jewelry designer and sculptor, launched his collection in 2010 and has won numerous awards since then, including the 2015 British Fashion Award Winner for Emerging Accessory Design, for his conceptual and sculptural approach to jewelry design.
Yves Spinelli, meanwhile, heads the Spinelli Kilcollin brand, giving it a clean and architectural look. The brand became known for its linked rings that could be worn many ways and still continues to develop its modern minimalist aesthetic.
The fourth jewelry designer to be added is Catherine Zadeh, who, with a background in menswear, created a men’s jewelry collection that is both high quality and wearable and designed to be worn both formally and casually. The designer also has a line of women’s jewelry in addition to some accessories.
They join the likes of Nak Amstrong, Alexis Bittar, Coomi Bhasin, Erica Courtney, Stephen Dweck, Ana Khouri, Steven Lagos, Pamela Love, Kara Ross and Paige Novick, among many others from the fine jewelry industry, who already are CFDA members.
Also included in this year’s list of additions are Annette Stephens and Phoebe Stephens of Anndra Neen, a costume jewelry line of mixed metals and silver produced in Mexico City, and Dana Arbib of A Peace Treaty, an accessories brand that creates costume jewelry, ponchos, capes and kaftans.
The 40 new members added this year brings the CFDA’s total membership, which is by invitation only, to 504.
