ViewPoint adds Efva Attling
The sales and marketing company will help the Swedish jewelry company expand its retail base in the United States.

New York--Swedish jewelry company Efva Attling has joined New York-based sales and marketing firm ViewPoint to expand its distribution among retailers in the United States.
The designer’s current collection will debut with ViewPoint at the Centurion show, which opens Wednesday in Scottsdale, Ariz.
A native of Stockholm, Sweden, Attling made her first piece of jewelry at the age of 11. As an adult, she played in a band, modeled and worked for fashion companies before coming back to designing jewelry, launching her eponymous brand in 1999.
She works primarily in sterling silver and 18-karat yellow gold and, tapping into her song-writing background, Attling sometimes incorporates words and expressions into her jewelry to add a bit of whimsy to the pieces. Retail price points range from $100 to $17,000.
There are six Efva Attling concept stores, five in Sweden and one in New York, and the jewelry also is sold wholesale at more than 200 retailers in 10 countries.
Other brands in ViewPoint’s fine jewelry portfolio include Sevan Bicakci, Rhyme & Reason and Suciyan as well as recent additions Syna and Jewel Chakra. Its watch and accessories brands are Philip Stein and Shinola.
