2019 is a year full of news for the Las Vegas trade shows! JCK is coming back to the Sands Expo & Convention Center, while the first edition of the Premier show will be at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Couture confirms its presence at the beautiful Wynn Resort.
Between May 30 and June 3, more than 150 Italian companies will be exhibiting in Las Vegas representing The Extraordinary Italian Jewelry: 36 companies at Couture; 102 companies at JCK, both inside and outside the Italian Pavilion Bella Italia; and 13 companies at Premier under the Italian Pavilion organized by IEG, managing VicenzaOro and OroArezzo.
Each Italian company features an intriguing blend of skills, passion, creative abilities, intuition in anticipating future trends, product and process innovation and unique aesthetic taste. From upscale products with precious gems, pearls and coral, wrought in gold and silver, to creations that reflect contemporary fashion and taste, Italian jewelry embodies art and culture.
Historically known for distinctive flair, creative content and an eye for fashion, this is your chance to experience all the Italian Jewelry market has to offer! The companies exhibiting come from all over Italy, the majority of which have their headquarters in the principal jewelry manufacturing districts, each of them specialized in a different kind of production:
- Vicenza, from Silver to Fine Jewelry
- Arezzo, Traditional Gold industrially made
- Valenza/Alessandria, Fine and Designer Jewelry
- Naples, Torre del Greco, Coral and Cameos
At the end of 2018, the value of the Italian Jewelry production increased by 4.6% from 2017, reaching €8.35B, or $9.35B. About 77% (€6.9B or $7.7B) of the Italian Jewelry production is exported worldwide, with the United States as the second largest destination of Italian export.
In 2018, the U.S. imported jewelry from Italy for a total amount of $1.42M, up 3.4% from 2017. Italy is the 12th supplier of jewelry and 3rd supplier of precious jewelry for the U.S.
The U.S. market is vital for Italian companies and exhibiting in Las Vegas means being able to meet not only American clients, but consumers from all over the world as well.
