Piece of the Week: Ana Khouri’s ‘Carolyn’ Earrings
They’ll be on view at the designer’s upcoming exhibition sale at Phillips.
Every year, the bittersweet relaxation of Labor Day weekend gives way to the hustle of Fashion Month, which officially kicks off in New York City on Sept. 6. This year, one event in the city is poised to be the hottest jewelry happening.
Phillips’ “Jewels Now – Ana Khouri” exhibition and sale will feature several of the designer’s most avant-garde and glamorous pieces.
Not to be missed is this “Carolyn” pair of earrings, crafted in 18-karat white Fairmined gold and diamonds with 17.9 carats of unheated sapphires in pale pastel hues.
After a private reception the evening prior, the display will open to the public at Phillips’ New York City auction house, 450 Park Ave., on Sept. 14 and conclude Sept. 16. The Carolyn earrings will be available for purchase through Phillips, price available upon request.
