RapNet Opens Jewelry Marketplace for Trade to Try
Retail jewelers and dealers can now join and test the platform using a free seven-day trial.
The desktop and mobile version of RapNet’s jewelry marketplace. The platform was introduced in January for use by RapNet members only and is now open to the trade to try.
Las Vegas—RapNet, the diamond and jewelry trading network owned by Rapaport Group, is opening its new jewelry marketplace for the trade to try.
RapNet introduced the marketplace to members only in January but said in a news release issued Wednesday that it is releasing it the wider industry.
Retail jewelers and dealers can now join RapNet to upload jewelry images and data, perform detailed searches and trade jewelry without any listing fees or commissions.
They can try it free for seven days by visiting RapNet.com.
To continue using the jewelry marketplace after that, retailers and dealers must become RapNet members. Descriptions of the network’s membership plans are also available on RapNet.com.
RapNet said it has more than 16,000 piece of fine jewelry, including rings, bracelets and watches, on the website, in addition to its listings of more than 1.5 million diamonds.
