JA to Offer Sales, Management Certification Exams at JCK
Jewelers of America is bringing its certification exams directly to retailers at the upcoming Las Vegas trade show.

New York--Jewelers of America announced Thursday that it will be offering its sales and management certification exams at the upcoming JCK Las Vegas show, scheduled for June 3 to 6 at Mandalay Bay.

Established in the late 1990s, the Jewelers of America professional certification program aims to provide industry standards for jewelers and retailers.
The exams being offered at JCK are: JA Certified Sales Professional, JA Certified Senior Sales Professional, JA Certified Management Professional and JA Certified Senior Management Professional.
In 2015, the number of industry professionals who received JA Professional Certification doubled as compared with 2014.
“All jewelry sales associates and managers attending the shows in Las Vegas should strongly consider taking the time to certify their expertise with JA’s exams,” said JA President & CEO David J. Bonaparte. “By conducting certification at the shows, we are making it simple for jewelers to achieve this important designation and inspire greater trust from today’s customers.”
The exams will take two hours and cost $55 for JA members and $75 for non-members. Those who register in advance will receive a $10 discount.
Registration is available at Jewelers.org.
