Tiffany & Co. Promotes Nathalie Verdeille to SVP, Chief Artistic Officer
In her newly expanded role, she will continue to oversee the jewelry category, as well as watches, home, and accessories.

Verdeille joined the company in September 2021 as its chief artistic officer, high jewelry and jewelry, as per her LinkedIn profile.
In her newly expanded role, she will oversee the design teams behind all product categories, including jewelry, home, accessories, and watches.
Verdeille’s collaboration with the various design teams will ensure “a unified and elevated artistic vision” across the brand, said Tiffany & Co.
During her tenure, its jewelry portfolio has seen “exceptional creative and commercial momentum.”
“Through a nuanced dialogue between heritage and modernity, Verdeille and her teams have reimagined the house’s most iconic designs—most notably the landmark relaunch of ‘Bird on a Rock’—infusing them with a distinctive sculptural language defined by movement, light, and extraordinary craftsmanship,” said the LVMH-owned brand.
The Blue Book jewelry collections have done especially well, it said, with “Sea of Wonder,” its 2025 edition, marking its most successful Blue Book collection.
“Nathalie brings a singular creative vision that is deeply rooted in our heritage yet unmistakably modern,” said Anthony Ledru, president and CEO of Tiffany & Co.
“Her ability to translate artistry into desirability across categories has been central to our momentum. This expanded role reflects both her impact and our ambition to further strengthen the coherence and expression of our design across the maison.”
Verdeille, a graduate of Haute École de Joaillerie in Paris, previously held roles with Cartier and Chaumet.
She shared her excitement about this new role.
“I am deeply honored and excited. Creation is rooted in a balance between heritage and innovation, between craftsmanship and a strong creative vision,” said Verdeille.
“In this role, my aspiration is to structure a unique creative direction, serving our core business, jewelry, and to strengthen its clarity and desirability across all our creations. A shared commitment to excellence, in every gesture.”
Verdeille will continue to report to Ledru and will remain a member of the executive committee.
