Clyde Duneier Ushers In Fourth Generation
Jake Duneier and Danielle Duneier-Goldberg have stepped into the roles of CEO and president, respectively.

Jake Duneier has been appointed CEO and his cousin, Danielle Duneier-Goldberg, has been named president of the family-owned jewelry manufacturing company based in New York.
The fourth-generation jewelers are the grandchildren of Clyde Duneier, who established his namesake company in 1969 after having worked for his father’s jewelry company, Haven Ring Company.
Each brings nearly two decades of experience to the new roles, along with strengths in the areas of brand development, merchandising, operations, and client collaboration.
Third-generation leaders and former co-CEOs Marc and Dana Duneier, brothers who led the business through decades of growth, will step into co-chairmen roles, where they will provide strategic oversight and continuity.
“Jake and Danielle have the vision, discipline, and shared values to lead with both ambition and integrity,” said Marc Duneier.
“This moment continues our legacy—and sets the stage for a bold future.”
As CEO, Jake will lead global strategy and external partnerships, focusing on innovation and expansion.
Danielle will oversee product development, supply chain, and operational execution, ensuring speed and precision from concept to shelf, the company said.
“We’ve spent decades developing the systems, relationships, and creative firepower behind some of the industry’s most recognized jewelry brands,” said Jake Duneier.
“This next chapter is about expanding that platform to help our partners move faster, think bigger, and lead with confidence.”
